Griebell, William "Billy" 71, passed away peacefully at home on May 15, 2013 after his battle against Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Born December 15, 1941 in Chicago, IL. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Judy (Lutz) Griebell; sons, Dennis Griebell and Dana Griebell; sister, Mary Granlund (Tom); niece, Cathy Mintern; nephew, Kenny Griebell; and grandchildren, Corbin, Hannah and Dylan. He leaves behind his beloved dog, Ziggy. In 2008, he retired from Parker Hydraulics in Lincolnshire, IL after 48 years as a Machinist. He attended the Illinois School of the Deaf in Jacksonville, IL. He was a member of the McHenry Club of the Deaf. He enjoyed fishing, camping, bowling and go-cart racing. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 22 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph's Church, 114 Lincoln Ave., Round Lake, IL. There will be a luncheon at the church immediately following the service.
