Evans, Kevin B. 33, of Zion, IL died on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. Kevin was born February 1, 1979 in Waukegan. Previously he was a client at Northpoint Achievement Center in Zion. He also did volunteer work at Faith Tabernacle Church soup kitchen in Zion. Survivors include his father and mother, Dennis and Trudy Evans of Zion; one brother, Troy Evans of Zion; and many aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harry and Ruth Wagner; and his paternal grandparents, Dallas Sr. and Dorothy Evans. Visitation will be Thursday, July 5, 2012, from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the CONGDON FUNERAL HOME, 3012 Sheridan Road, Zion. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
