Fabry, Jack Edward March 9th, 1930 - May 29th, 2014. Jack Edward Fabry passed peacefully in Monroeville, PA. For those who had the pleasure of knowing Jack, he would always follow his introduction with "You just shook the hand that shook the world". As a lifelong Cubs fan, he spent many years of his life devoted to seeing as many of the games as possible - whether they'd be spring training games down in Arizona with his daughter Susan (and family), or season games in Chicago with his daughter Lorie (and family). Jack's contagious smile, witty personality, and gentle attitude will remain in our hearts forever. He was preceded in death by his son, Kevin Fabry; son-in-law, Brad Mochel; daughter, Susan Fabry Beck; and his sister, Edna Kruse. Jack is survived by his wife, Kathy; his daughter, Lorie Fabry Mochel of Kenosha, WI; his son-in-law, David Beck of Phoenix, AZ; granddaughters, Jennifer (Brad) Kinney of Marquette, MI and Carrie Mochel, of Winthrop Harbor, IL. He is also survived by grandsons, Joshua Beck of Phoenix, AZ, and Thomas Mochel of Rhinebeck, NY. Also leaving behind to cherish his memory are his nephews, William (Cindy) Kruse and Jack (Carol) Kruse. A memorial service will be held in his honor Saturday, August 9th at 4:30 p.m. at the Illinois Beach Resort in Zion, Illinois.
