Pye, Donnie 33, of Zion, IL went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 10, 2012 in Waterbury, CT. Donnie was born April 5, 1979 in Waukegan. He was a self employed carpenter and electrician. He attended Our Lady of Humility Church in Beach Park, IL. Donnie was a loving father and son who loved spending time with his family and nieces and nephews. He was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed making everyone smile. Survivors include his Fiancée, Tami Hummel; one daughter, Alexis Pye; two step daughters, Tapaynga Pye-Hummel and Miranda Pye-Hummel; his father and mother, Mike and Terrie Pye; one brother, Michael Pye Jr.; two sisters, Kimberly (Ron) Swan and Kristy (Robert) Moquin; nieces and nephews, Jordyn and Tyler Moquin, Collin Pye, and Kalie, Tiffany, Marguerite, Rebecca, Brianna, Shania, and Charlie Swan; his maternal grandmother, Dolores Vargas; and many aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Robert Casteel; paternal grandparents, Donnie and Alyce Pye; and one uncle, Robert Casteel Jr. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 15, 2012, from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at The Well, 9001 17th Avenue, Kenosha, WI 53143, Pastor Dan Stanford officiating.
