Deborah Malissa Colbert, age 53, of Waukegan, Illinois made her transition to be with her Lord and Healer, Jesus Christ, on Monday, March 15, 2010, at Vista East Hospital surrounded by her loving family and friends.
She leaves to cherish her memories, a devoted husband, Peter L. Colbert, three stepchildren: Torryle Colbert, Blair Colbert, and Pierce Colbert, and mother-in-law, Antoinette Colbert, her parents Arthur Lee DeVost, Jr. and Catherine Garrett DeVost, five brothers, Bryant, Melvin, Vincent James, and David DeVost, seven sisters, Sharon Friar, Catherine Crump, Valerie DeVost, Yvonne DeVost-lsom, Yolanda DeVost, LaSandra DeVost, and Alisha Scott, 47 nieces and nephews, 51 great nieces and nephews, and 3 great-great nephews, a host of cousins, friends, and two godchildren.
