Herman, David Martin 40, of Zion, IL, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2012. David was born March 26, 1972, in Spokane, Washington, and graduated from Zion-Benton Township High School in 1990. David is survived by his father, Raymond W. Herman; stepmother, Carol J. Herman; grandmother, Marion Stroud; brother, Ray V. Herman; sister, Kristi A. (Troy) Adams; aunt, Brenda (Ray) Roberts; many more nieces and nephews and uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sally A. Herman; grandfathers, Vernon Stroud and Joseph Herman; and grandmother, Ann Herman. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL. Interment will be private for the family.
