Moncivaiz, Consuelo 80, of Waukegan passed away on November 10, 2012. She was born on January 29, 1932 in San Antonio Texas to Joseph and Juana Uribe. Consuelo was a long time member of Most Blessed Trinity. Her favorite pass time was playing Bingo. She is survived by her four children, Gloria Ortiz, Carmen (Jim) Rodriguez, Jim (Donna) Moncivaiz and Alicia Parker; numerous grandchildren; one brother, Joseph Uribe of Bensenville; her best friend, Martha Ybarra and a host of nieces and nephews. Consuelo was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Moncivaiz; grandson, Bernardo Bustos Jr.; daughter, Ernestina Moncivaiz-Hernandez and son Martin Moncivaiz Jr. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 13, 2012 from 5 to 8 pm at Marsh Funeral Home. Funeral services are pending. A special thank you to the nurses and CNA's at the Pavillion of Waukegan.
