Bailey-Bonilla, Carmen Isela 56 of Waukegan went to be with the Lord on July 16, after a long battle of cancer; born on July 17, 1955. For the last 10 years she has lived in Decatur, AL. She enjoyed life to the fullest. Her favorite hobby was playing bingo, spending time with her grandchildren. She is suvived by her husband, Sammie Lee Bailey; mother, Natalila Bonilla; sister, Hilda Irizarry (Roberto); daughter, Lissette Figueroa; son, Angel Luis Figueroa (Carol); grandchildren, Xiomara, Taitiana, Nayeli, Yadiel, Arianna, Jaxon, Leilani and Maliana; a host of family members and friends; a special cousin, Myriam Morales. She was preceded in death by her father, Urbano Bonilla. Memorial Service will be handled at 11:00am Tuesday morning, July 24th at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville. After memorial services we'll proceed to the Puerto Rican Society 150 S. Sheridan Rd. in Waukegan for lunch and refreshments.
