James R. Wilford

Wilford, James Robert Passed away following a long battle with cancer at the age of 76 at his home in Waukegan, IL with all his loving family by his side. He was born October 31, 1936 in Trenton, MO and moved to Lake County at the age of 19. He enjoyed woodworking, square dancing, gardening, fishing, and belonged to the Waukegan Moose Club. He retired in 1993 from Komatsu after 27 years. James will be deeply missed by his family. Survivors include his wife, Roseann; daughters, Becky (Steve) Shebesta, Melissa (Steve) Todd, and Jennifer (George) Hendricks; two step-daughters, Deborah Wright and Patricia (Bill) O'Keefe; eight grandchildren, Chris (Joey) Wilford, Justin Myers, Nicole (Rob Mennes) Roberts, Mike Shebesta, Matt Wilford, George J. R. Hendricks, Alec O'Keefe, and Samantha Hendricks; one great-granddaughter, Cheyenne Myers; one brother, Jack (Joyce) Wilford; and two nieces, Sherri (Rob) Madrigal and Cyndi (Chris) Fuller. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Gail; one grandson, Kenny Roberts; two brothers, Ronald Dean Wilford and Donald Ray Wilford; and his father and mother, Roy and Lorene Wilford.
