Kat Carr was a "crazy woman" – but don't take our word for it. Her obituary says so. The "De Facto Empress of the hell she lived in and its many outlying colonies" died recently and was honored with an irreverently hilarious (and loving) obituary that lists among her survivors "the fine people at Anheuser-Busch, Phillip-Morris and the Ohio State Lottery."
