Glos, George R. Age 66. At rest Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Silver Cross Hospital. Born in Chicago to the late Walter J. and Cecelia F. (Buchik) Glos. He was a resident of Romeoville since 1974. A U.S. Marine Corp veteran of the Vietnam War. Retired from Illinois Bell Telephone following 30 years of service. Member of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church. Survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Maryann (Lukasiewicz) Glos of Romeoville; four children, Stacey (James, Jr.) Uremovic of Shorewood, Catherine Mojzis of Aurora, Craig (Amanda) Glos of Joliet and Kristie (David) Fall of Florida; devoted Papa to Kailey and Colleen Uremovic; Brandon and Ryan Mojzis; Hannah and Lucas Glos; and Davyd and Benjamyn Fall; one brother, Robert (Karen) Glos of Orland Park; sister-in-law, Arlene Glos of Frankfort; several nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Walter F. Glos. Funeral Services for George R. Glos will be Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, Romeoville for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood.
