Jeffries, Jessica L. Age 33, of Joliet and formerly Wilmington, passed away November 6, 2012 as the result of a motor vehicle accident. Jessica is the daughter of Dennis and Evelyn Sanders-Jeffries of Odell. She was raised in Wilmington; was currently working as a CNA with Vitas Innovative Hospice Care, and formerly held employment with Sunny Hill Nursing Home in Joliet. Jess will be remembered for her love of butterflies, and held special the time spent with her children. Survivors include her parents; husband, Robert Gregory; children, Zackary Gregory, Zariah Gregory, Zayden Jeffries, Za'nyah Gregory and Zakian Jeffries; step children: Eric Gregory and Erica Gregory; maternal grandfather, Clarence Sanders of Frankfort; paternal grandmother, Shirley Gordon of Alabama, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as her best friends, Kiki Byrd and Roxanne Graf. Jess was preceded by her brother, Steven Jeffries and grandparents maternal, Evelyn Sanders and Ben Gordon. Visitation will be Friday, November 16th from 4-8PM at Freitag-Reeves & Baskerville Funeral Home, 700 East Kahler Road in Wilmington (815/476-2181).
