Phillip, Jade O.S. Age 22, departed this life on October 28, 2012. Preceded in death by her loving maternal grandmother. Survived by her loving mother, Tamala Phillip-Edwards, father, Joel Richards, stepfather, Scott Edwards, siblings, De'ja and Scott Edwards, Jordan and Joel Richards, grandparents, a host of aunts, uncles and cousins, including an aunt and cousin who were like sisters, Aura Holmes and Chuntanay Phillips. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. Visitation Saturday, November 3, 2012 9:00-10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalene Church, 201 S. Briggs St., Joliet, IL.
