Schule, Wayne A. Age 54, of Carpentersville passed away on Wednesday morning, at his home, surrounded by his family, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Elgin on May 8, 1957. Wayne was a life long resident of the area and an active member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Carpentersville and a United States Navy Veteran. Survivors include his wife of 27 years: Sharon. They were married on June 2, 1984. Their children: Elizabeth M. of Carpentersville and John M. stationed with the United States Army in Afghanistan. Other survivors include his mother: Betty Schule of Huntley, brother: Mark (Donna) Schule of Pingree Grove, sister: Barbara (James) Auwerda of Gilberts, several nieces and nephews and many good and faithful friends. Wayne was preceded in death by his father: Arnold Schule and a step-son: James Garrett, Jr. Family and friends will gather for Funeral Services on Friday, April 6, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the Trinity United Methodist Church, Carpentersville. Burial will follow in the Dundee Township East Cemetery, East Dundee. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2012 from 4-8 PM in the Miller Funeral Home, West Dundee and again on Friday morning at the church from 9:00 AM until time of the service. Please omit flowers, memorials may be made either to the Trinity United Methodist Church or the FISH Food Pantry.
