From the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) – From the south: Proceed north on the tollway to Roosevelt Road west. Exit and continue west to the gated funeral home entrance, which is located on the left (south) side of the street just past Route 83. From the north: Proceed south on the tollway to Cermak Road (22nd Street). At the end of the ramp, turn left (west) onto Cermak Road and continue to Route 83. Turn right (north) and proceed to Roosevelt Road west. Exit onto Roosevelt Road west; the entrance to the funeral home is just ahead on the left (south) side of the street.
From the North South Tollway (I-355) – Exit onto Roosevelt Road east. Continue east on Roosevelt Road to the funeral home entrance, which is on the right (south) side of the street just before Route 83.
From Route 83 – Exit Route 83 onto Roosevelt Road west. The entrance to the funeral home is just ahead on the left (south) side of the street.
