Walker, Paul M. Age 70, of Newark, IL passed away on Monday, March 26, 2012 at his home. He was born on April 18, 1941 in Aurora, IL the son of Alfred and Eleanor (Scroggins) Walker. Mr. Walker was united in marriage on September 22, 1988 in Millbrook, IL to the former Patricia Rippinger and they spent the next 23 happy years of their lives together. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and uncle who will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Mr. Walker was a devoted member of Harvest Chapel in Sandwich, IL. Paul has left a legacy of loving life and serving his Lord. Paul retired as a Building Inspector with ICCI. Paul was a long time band member of The Second Time Around. He was also a true animal lover and will be missed by his beloved dog, Shelby and cat, Sadie. He is survived by his wife, Pat Walker of Newark, IL; his children, David (Teresa) Walker of Yorkville, IL, Ron (Sue) Walker of Yorkville, IL, Debbie (Don) Centell of California, Terry Walker of California, and Heather (Tim) Brokaw of New Port News, VA; eleven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; his brothers, Robert (Sally) Walker of Bristol, IL, and Raymond (Gloria) Walker of Ewing, IL; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Walker and Eleanor Maier; and his daughter-in-law, Debbie Walker. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Harvest Chapel, 725 S. Countyline Rd., Sandwich, IL.
