McGhee, Elizabeth Jean "Jay Jay" Of Aurora passed away peacefully June 23, 2011 at Copley Hospital. She was born December 11, 1939 in Vicksburg MS. She served faithfully at Main Baptist for years until her brother became the pastor of Gayles Memorial, then which she became a member of Gayles while supporting her brother. Elizabeth 'Jay Jay' touched the lives of many as she volunteered alongside Marie Wilkinson in the Feed the Hungry program of Aurora. She drove school buses for Yorkville, Dupage Motor Coach, and Geneva School District as she was nicknamed 'Jeannie' by all of the hundreds of school children who loved and adored her. She leaves to cherish her memory, loving husband Sam W. McGhee, children, Zaneta (Denise) McGhee, King Howard 'Zecharial' McGhee, Roderick McGhee, Patrick McGhee, Scott McGhee and Samuel McGhee; twelve grandchildren; host of cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family members. Viewing 10am @ Gayles Memorial Church Sat. July 2, 2011 with services beginning @ 11:30am Interment in Lincoln Memorial. James Funeral Service is serving the family 630-851-6503.
