Obituary Condolences

Age 64, of Yorkville, IL, passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2008 at the Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. She was born on March 12, 1944 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Walter and Sabina (Sone) Henning.

Kathleen was united in marriage on December 7, 1968 in Chicago, IL to Mr. Gerald Moisa and they spent the next 39 happy years together. Mrs. Moisa was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Yorkville, IL. She was formerly employed by the City of Aurora. Kathleen spent many years working with the wonderful people at the Temple B'nai Israel in Aurora, IL. She was more recently employed as a Secretary at the Illinois Math and Science Academy in Aurora, IL. Kathleen was a caring mother, grandmother, and wife. She will be remembered as a person with a giving heart and the love of her family.

She is survived by her husband, Gerald Moisa of Yorkville, IL; her children, David (Victoria) Moisa of Antioch, IL, and Lisa (Robert) Schubbe of Yorkville, IL; her five grandchildren, Kyle Schubbe, Jacob Moisa, Olivia Moisa, Natalie Schubbe and Daniel Schubbe; her siblings, Walter (Geraldine) Henning of Chicago, IL, Eileen (Michael) Polanski of Chicago, IL, Janet (Santi) Santacola of Chicago, IL, and Paul (Molly) Henning of Eden Prairie, MN; her sister-in-law, Marylee Henning of Evergreen Park, IL; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Sabina Henning; her son, Daniel Moisa; and her brother, Michael Henning.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 18, 2008 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 406 Walnut St. in Yorkville, IL, with Father Daniel Cambra, M.I.C. officiating. Interment will follow in Lincoln Memorial Park in Aurora, IL.

Friends may visit from 3:00 until 9:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at the Larson-Nelson Funeral Home, 410 E. Countryside Pkwy. in Yorkville, IL.

The Moisa family would like to thank Dr. Mohammed A. Raheem and his Staff at the Dreyer Cancer Center in Aurora, IL for their wonder care of Kathleen. Memorials may be directed to the Dreyer Cancer Center, 1221 N. Highland Ave., Aurora, IL 60506.
