Lauretta J. Holstine Obituary
Holstine, Lauretta J. 91, of Hustisford, Wisconsin, passed away at her home on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 22, 1923 in Farmington, IL, the daughter of Josiah and Rena (Passini) Ramsden. She married Howard Holstine on November 7, 1964 in Sycamore, IL. She was a member of Plano American Legion Auxiliary Post #395 and St. Mary's Catholic Church in Plano. Lauretta was an avid Green Bay Packers fan, and loved gardening, boating, races, and motorcycle riding, but her greatest love of all was her family. She is survived by her husband, Howard of Hustisford, WI; four daughters, Karen (Julie Stubbe) Vilmin of Plano, IL, Connie Duehring of Hartford, WI, Tina Vilmin of Arpin, WI and Julie (Jim) Irwin of Marshfield, WI; three sons, Arnie (Veronica) Vilmin of Iron Mountain, MI, Tom (Glenna) Vilmin of Beaver Dam, WI and Rowdy (Jill) Holstine of Hartford, WI; 30 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren; one brother, Charles (Betty) Ramsden of Plano, IL; and one sister, Donna Needham of Plano, IL; and her beloved dog, Bella. She was preceded in death by her parents; three daughters, Sherrill, Christine and Wendi; one grandson, Howard Jr.; one sister, Katherine Gengler; one brother-in-law, Jerry Needham; one son-in-law, Danny Duehring. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, July 26, 2014 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Plano, IL with Rev. Michael Callea M.I.C. officiating. Burial will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, Bristol, IL. Visitation will be from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Turner-Eighner Funeral Home in Plano, IL.
