Brunoehler, Lillie "Jean" 86, of Aurora, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2013 after a 17 year battle with Multiple Myeloma. She was born May 3, 1927 in Prospect, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Allen and Maggie (Thompson) Montgomery. She was the last surviving sibling of her 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Lillie retired from Illinois Bell after 19 years of service. She loved to read, cook, crochet and garden. She approached life with a positive attitude and had a great sense of humor. Nothing made her happier than being surrounded by her children and grandchildren, who will dearly miss her. She is survived by her children, Marvin (Linda) Brunoehler, Donna (Mark) Bambacht, James Brunoehler, Brian (Mary) Brunoehler, Denise (Tom) Bretsnyder, Dawn (Greg) Leigh and Bradford Brunoehler, 19 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and many beloved friends. Lillie was preceded in death by two sons, Gary Brunoehler and Scott Brunoehler. She was also was preceded in death by two daughters-in-law Amy Brunoehler and Nancy Brunoehler. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. until the service hour of 7:00 p.m. at The Healy Chapel, 332 W. Downer Place, Aurora, IL.
