Jeanne M. Tzortzoudakis Obituary
Tzortzoudakis, Jeanne M. (Poss-Krushenski) 80, of Aurora passed away Sunday, July 8, 2012 at Aurora Rehabilitation and Living Center. She was born July 31, 1931 in Aurora, Illinois. Jeanne was an accomplished violinist and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a member of Annunciation Church. Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Tony Tzortzoudakis of Aurora; three children, Alan Krushenski and Jodi (Trent) Krushenski-Lange of Aurora and Dave Krushenski of Mesa, AZ; two stepchildren, John (Xenia) Tzortzoudakis of Redondo Beach, CA and Mary (Larry) Paxton of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; her son-in-law, John Choleva of Ohio; her siblings, Joan (Gene) Michaels of Montgomery, Rich Poss of Aurora, Shirlee (Gene) Hamling of Aurora and Larry (Frankie) Poss of Montgomery; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Pam Choleva; her parents, Chris and Agnes (Grommes) Poss; and by two brothers, Chris Poss Jr. and Jim Poss. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 16, 2012 from THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY at 9:30 AM to Annunciation Church at 10:00 AM. Fr. Patrick Gillmeyer, O.S.B. and Fr. Dan Peters will officiate with interment in Marywood Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, July 15, 2012 from 2:00PM 8:00 PM, with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM by Deacon Harold Poss, at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 North Lake Street, Aurora. 630-631-5500.
