Crossman, Isabelle Helen Isabelle Helen Crossman, 93, of Aurora, IL went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, November 29, 2012. She was a resident of Alden of Waterford Healthcare Center. She was born October 2, 1919 in Mason City, IA, the daughter of the late William and Carrie Crossman. Isabelle graduated from East Aurora High School in 1940. She was part of the German, Commercial, Glee and Operetta Clubs in High School. She attended her 50th year class reunion on September 15, 1990. Isabelle was employed at Copley Hospital for 8 years, Miller-Bryant-Pierce for 20 years and Sealmaster Bearing for 16 years and retired from the workforce on December 31, 1984. Isabelle found "great happiness in serving her Lord for all these years." She said much of her happiness has come in serving as a Sunday School Teacher at both Central Bible Church and Faith Tabernacle Church of Aurora. Isabelle was preceded in death by her brother, George Crossman; sisters, Carol Crossman, Ruth (Crossman) Butler and her twin sister, Anabelle Crossman. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 from 12:00 P.M. until the service hour of 1:00 P.M. at The Healy Chapel, 332 W. Downer Place, Aurora, IL. Rev. Jeffrey L. Becker will officiate. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery. Per her request, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Faith Tabernacle Church, 230 E. Galena Blvd., Aurora, IL 60505.
