Chandler, Gary N. 57, of Aurora, devoted husband to Robin R. (Flores) Chandler, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2013 at Presence Mercy Center with his wife at his side. He was born September 30th, 1956 in Franklin, KY, the son of James and Jonell (Crawford) Chandler. Gary was a simple, loving, and hardworking man who put others needs before his own. He was also a longtime member of the Irish Club in Aurora, IL, where he was a friend to many. Gary is survived by his loving wife; one daughter, Mirinda (Brian) DeLoe; three sons, Gary Jr., James, and Christopher Chandler; three stepchildren, Amanda (George) Marquardt, Ambrosio III (Nicole) Gonzalez, and Mathew M. Gonzalez-Wollwert; three grandchildren and three step-grandchildren. He is also survived by three brothers and two sisters, Sammy (LouAnne) Chandler, Patty (Malcolm) Thompson, Timmy (Beverly) Chandler, Darrell (Marecia) Chandler and Kimberly (Ricky) Huffine; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Gary was preceded in death by his father. A visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 27, 2013 at The Healy Chapel, 370 Division Dr., Sugar Grove.
