Cain, Dean Edward 86, of Aurora passed away Sunday, July 8, 2012 at Provena Mercy Medical Center. He was born March 7, 1926 in Aurora, Illinois. Dean was employed by Aurora Packing Co. for over 40 years until his retirement. He was a very involved parishioner of St. Rita of Cascia Church with a strong love of the Lord. Dean also volunteered at Holy Angels Pantry for many years. He owned many German Shorthair Pointer dogs over the years. Dean was a Navy veteran of WWII. Survivors include his three sons, James (Patricia) Cain of Atlanta, GA, Jeffrey (Diane) Cain of Oswego and Richard (Connie) Cain of Gilberts, IL; six grandchildren: Beth (David) Godde, Sean (Kaylie) Cain, Jennifer (Junior) Ocon, Jeremy Cain, Ryan Michalek and Ethan Cain; eight great grandchildren; his sister, Helen Esser of Montgomery; numerous nieces and nephews; and his very special friend, Helen Kramer of Aurora. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 42 years, Dorothy Mae Cain in 1990; his son, David Cain in 1995; and his parents, Donald and Nellie (O'Connor) Cain. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 12, 2012 from THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY at 9:30 AM to St. Rita of Cascia Church at 10:00 AM. Fr. Cesar Pajarillo will officiate with interment in Mt.
