Ciko, Carol L. 80, of North Aurora, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at Presence Mercy Center. She was born January 17, 1933 in Aurora. Carol was a member of Annunciation Church and a longtime member of the Batavia chapter of the Women of the Moose. Survivors include her two children, Phyllis Ciko of North Aurora, and Arthur Ciko of North Aurora; two grandchildren, John (Jessica) Ciko of Sugar Grove, Brenda (Ryan) Orsucci of Dekalb; four great-grandchildren, Jenna and Dylan Orsucci, Ashtyn and John Ciko; a brother, Robert Trentt of Batavia; a sister, Janice Evans of Aurora; two sisters-in-law, Reta Trentt of Florida, Wanda Trentt of North Aurora; her aunt, Heneritta (Gene) Calpin; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Ciko; her parents, Harry and Bernice (Wolgast) Trentt; five brothers, Arthur, Ronald, William, Richard and Wally; three sisters, Dolores, Christine and Bonnie. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 11:30 am from THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY to Annunciation Church at 12:00 pm. Fr. Patrick Gillmeyer, O.S.B. will officiate with interment in Marywood Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, May 10, 2013 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pmwith a Liturgical wake service at 4:00 pm at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 N. Lake Street, Aurora, IL. 60506. (630) 631-5500.
