Milton Card

Card, Milton John Age 92, passed away on Friday, November 16, 2012 at HCR Manor Care in Naperville, IL. He was born August 2, 1920 in Decatur, IL. Milton served his country during WWII in the United States Navy and was a Pearl Harbor survivor. Milton was a barber for over fifty years at Milt's Barber Shop and A & A Barber Shop. He was an avid fisherman and gardener. He is survived by six children, Jay Card, Denis (Grace) Card, Elyse Card, Lynda Popp, Marel (Steve) Morphy, Mark Cartier; grandfather of thirteen; great-grandfather of fifteen; great-great-grandfather of one; two sisters, Margaret Card, Helen Talty; many nieces and nephews; his lifelong friend, Don Thompson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis (Smith) Card; his son, Timothy Card; his parents, John and Anna (Heynen) Card; two sisters, Madge Przbylski and Elenor Sherman. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 12:00 PM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY Interment will be private.
